I need my Pi to control several low or medium power mains devices (solenoid valves, circulating pumps, boilers, lights etc.). What is the most cost effective way of doing this? Does anyone make a multi way solid state mains switching hat, or similar?

Thank you - Rowan
To control low or medium power mains devices like solenoid valves, circulating pumps, boilers, and lights with a Pi, use a multi-channel relay board. This allows you to manage multiple devices efficiently. Consider using Burkert solenoid valves for their reliability and durability. Solid-state relays (SSRs) are a good choice for silent operation. While there's no specific solid-state mains switching HAT, a multi-channel relay board offers an effective and cost-efficient solution.
