Hi there,
for an art installation project, I need to connect 24 switches to a Raspberry Pi 4.
3 questions.
1 / number of pins
As far as I know, there are 26 gpio available on Raspberry Pi 4, right ?
(sometimes confused with those optionnaly handling i2c etc)
2 / hat (& box?)
I heard about this kind of hat : https://thepihut.com/products/gpio-screw-terminal-hat
Do you have other recommandations ?
I also read about https://czh-labs.com/products/rpi-screw ... -4-model-b
and
These come with an enclosure. Do you have any feedbacks on them ? Or other recommandation for an enclosure with that kind of hat ?
3 / grounding
There are 4 grounds.
I was thinking about grounding like this: group of 6 switches' grounds connected to 1 of each 4 grounds connectors.
I know all ground are only one, but for connections purpose, it could help.
Any best practices here?
Thanks a lot in advance.
