HATs and other add-ons • Re: HW RAID

Hi guys,
I need to create HW Raid. It is possible to somehow get this achieved? (Buy HAT or whatever?) or it's still not possible.( If not possible, you should start working on HAT for HW RAID)!!!

I want to avoid to buy an expensive server so rather use Raspi but HW raid is necessary for my environment.

If you really, really have a legitimate use for RAID, then your data is important enough.

If your data is important enough, this is not a thing where you should go with cheap.

This is a setup where you definitely get what you pay for.

As with @Murph9000, I've been in the IT industry long enough that I can assure you that what he said about system admins crying because of RAID issues is not just 100% true, but 1000% true.
