HATs and other add-ons • Compability Rasberry Pi 4 Model B and POE+ Hat

Is the POE+ Hat compatible to the Rasberry Pi Model B or do I have to use the POE Hat with (These products are in production, but are not recommended for new designs.) status.
Because in the description of the POE+ Hat there only stand compatible with Rasberry Pi 4 without the B extra.
