HATs and other add-ons • Wrong Keyboard Layout

I'm using an official RPi keyboard and have my Pi 5 set for US - English, but the keys are not laid out correctly.
This is fairly simple, so I'm not sure how I could get this wrong.

Any help would be appreciated.
