Hi everyone,
I’m using a Raspberry Pi 5 with the Lego Build HAT, powered by the official Build HAT PSU (8V DC, 6A), which supplies power to both the HAT and the Pi via GPIO. Despite this, I keep getting a “Reset due to low power event” popup on the Raspberry Pi OS desktop.
I am not using any extra peripherals and vcgencmd pmic_read_adc shows north of 4.9 V for EXT5V_V, consistently. Updating the OS does not resolve the issue.
Questions:
Has anyone else encountered this with the Build HAT on Pi 5?
Is this a known power management issue?
Any fixes or workarounds?
Any advice would be appreciated! Thanks!
