Using a Zero 2W, can connect to the HAT either via 20 pin or 9 pin breakout cable direct to pins. Trying to figure out which pins the hat uses, so I can pull out a few GPIOs, power and ground to use for other components.
This photo is from their schematic, red and green added by me. Green are the pins that are obviously used by their HAT connector, but I can't tell which power and ground pins for example I can safely splice into. Waveshare support has not responded for a week so not counting on them to
The weird thing (to me), is that there is not a 1-1 connection from the breakout cable to the HAT connector pins, I only measure continuity on three of the 9 pins on the breakout to the HAT.
