My current issue is that i have connected the nvme drive (acpi M2PD3-4L 256GB) properly with the HAT+ , the pi OS seems to be able to see the drive:

vaios@pi5:~ $ lsblk
NAME MAJ:MIN RM SIZE RO TYPE MOUNTPOINTS
mmcblk0 179:0 0 59,4G 0 disk
├─mmcblk0p1 179:1 0 512M 0 part /boot/firmware
└─mmcblk0p2 179:2 0 58,9G 0 part /
nvme0n1 259:0 0 223,6G 0 disk
└─nvme0n1p1 259:1 0 223,6G 0 part

vaios@pi5:~ $ lspci
0000:00:00.0 PCI bridge: Broadcom Inc. and subsidiaries Device 2712 (rev 21)
0000:01:00.0 Non-Volatile memory controller: Realtek Semiconductor Co., Ltd. RTS5765DL NVMe SSD Controller (DRAM-less) (rev 01)
0001:00:00.0 PCI bridge: Broadcom Inc. and subsidiaries Device 2712 (rev 21)
0001:01:00.0 Ethernet controller: Device 1de4:0001

But when i try the sdcard copier App it can't see the nvme drive (field is greyed out). Also the command for configuring the boot order gives me this output:

vaios@pi5:~ $ sudo rpi-eeprom-config --edit
ERROR: rpi-eeprom-update -b timeout

All i need is to be able to boot from nvme and have the sdcard as extra memory.
