HATs and other add-ons • Raspberry pi 5 and Pimoroni Base NVME

The Raspberry Pi 5 and NVME Based and Crucial P3 500GB Pcie Gen3 NVME has topped working.
The Pi will not boot up

I can boot the PI by using a micro sd and can see the drive, if i try to reinstall raspberry pi os
i get authentication required pop up but none of my passwords are working,
can anyone please help to advise., thanks
