@Racker_CRO I'm seeing an almost identical issue to what you have.
My RPi5 W/NVMe works great outside the case but, put it in the case and if fails (usually during, or minutes after, boot).

My H/W: RPi5 8g, RPi active cooler, WD SN770 1T NVMe SSD, 52Pi N04 SSD adapter top hat, shielded FPC cable, 52Pi Metal Case, RPi 27w USB-C power supply. (Case, cooler, hat, power supply came as a kit from GeekPi)

S/W: Ubuntu 24.04.01 LTS

The SSD was 'flaky', with or without case, until I replaced the cable with a shielded cable.
With the shielded cable it runs reliably (several days running multiple YouTube channels on dual monitors) without the case.
As soon as I put it in the case it either won't boot or locks up within minutes. Take it out of the case and it's stable.
I put it in the "main" part of the case without the "top" (and without screwing it in) and it was a little better. It would usually boot and then fail shortly thereafter.
I'm bummed because I really like the case design but, like you, I'm going to look for another case.
